Roasted Garlic
Farmer Landon Jefferies knows his garlic. So when he says that roasted garlic is marvelous mixed into all kinds of dishes, spread on to bread like butter and served as a side dish on its own, we suggest hurrying to the kitchen with garlic and olive oil in hand to follow this simple technique
Cut the very top and bottom off the garlic bulb. Try to keep the bulb intact. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Roast in the oven at 425 degree Fahrenheit for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
